Transfer news LIVE: Man Utd, Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool latest plus Cristiano Ronaldo rumours
The summer transfer window is very much here, with the Premier League's big hitters looking to strengthen and Cristiano Ronaldo's future at Juventus remaining in question
The summer window has been flung open, and while Euro 2020 may well have begun, it doesn't mean there's any slowdown on the latest transfer news, rumours and speculation.
Around no-one is there more speculation right now than Cristiano Ronaldo, the Portugal superstar whose future at Juventus isn't exactly certain.
The Bianconeri are paying him big money and there are questions over whether they want to keep paying him - and whether he wants to remain in Turin; PSG and Manchester United are said to be lurking.
Liverpool remain linked with German midfielder Florian Neuhaus as a replacement for Gini Wijnaldum. And he's not all, with Youri Tielemans also being mentioned in some quarters.
Arsenal are keen on Ben White, although probably not his £50million transfer fee, while Erling Haaland is on Chelsea and Manchester City's radar - but will either look to take him from Borussia Dortmund this summer, with BVB already preparing for Jadon Sancho's exit to Old Trafford.
Anyway, we'll bring you all the latest news and rumours right here on Mirror Football, so don't go anywhere!
Barca push for Depay
Barcelona are close to finalising a deal for Memphis Depay, reports ESPN.
The Dutch forward was linked with a move to the Camp Nou last summer but had to stay at Lyon.
Now though Depay is a free agent and the Catalans are in pole position to capture his signature.
Arsenal make moves for White
Arsenal have held positive talks over a possible move for Ben White, according to the Daily Mail
The Brighton defender, who is currently on Euro 2020 duty with England, would cost around £50m.
Mikel Arteta wants to further bolster his backline and White has continued to improve at the Amex
Nedved's words already debunked
Only last month Juventus chief Pavel Nedved said neither Andrea Pirlo nor Cristiano Ronaldo would be leaving.
Well one has already been axed so clearly his words have not rung true.
In May Nedved sought to shut down speculation, telling Striscia La Notizia: "Pirlo and Ronaldo will stay at Juventus."
Ronaldo's comments suggest that the exit door is still very much an option.
Ronaldo casts doubt over Juve future
Cristiano Ronaldo has provided no assurances over his Juventus future in a recent press conference.
The Portugal star is fully focussed on the Euros and insists speculation won't impact his performances.
He did hint that he is ready for "what is best" as he discussed a Juventus exit.
“I have been playing at the highest level for many years, this doesn’t faze me," Ronaldo said at a Portugal Euro 2020 press conference when asked about his future.
"Maybe if I was 18 or 19 I might have had some sleepless nights, but I'm 36. Whatever comes will be for the best regardless of staying at Juve or being transferred.
“The crucial thing now is the Euros, it is my fifth Euros, but for me it’s like my first Euros. We want to play a good match with good thoughts from the first to the last match.”
OK then, things have been changed up in the Mirror Football transfer blog this afternoon.
We're kicking off with plenty of fresh news and speculation - not least with regards Jadon Sancho.
The latest remains that Manchester United and Borussia Dortmund are apart on the lay out of a transfer and the overall price.
But it is expected that, eventually, it will get done.
Whether Sancho is the only attacker that arrives in Manchester this summer - be it in red or blue - is veyrry uch in question however.
