Roman Abramovich has reportedly sold off his partnered 40.06% shares at Highland Gold (HGM.L) on Friday with this to boost Chelsea manager, Frank Lampard’s transfer hunts.

Having acquired the club back in 2003 for £140-million from Ken Bates, who went on to buy Leeds United afterwards, Abramovich’s take over of the Chelsea Football Club marked the first major foreign purchase of an English club.

Ever since then, the Russian business man has been staggering in cash into the club especially when it comes to the transfer window.

Frank Lampard era has also tested a part of this as the English man has been able to bring in two of his major targets without facing fierce competitions from other top flight teams.

Lampard still has three more positions he wants strengthened and with the recent report coupled with the broad gap he still has on the transfer window, the 42-year-old is 70% certain his desires will be granted.
Kai Havertz is the most talked about, with the leaky post to fill and a good left back, Chelsea are almost done. Although yet to make an official offer to fill these spaces.

But there are now greater chances The Blues are going to present mega money offers to price off their targets despite Bayer Leverkusen’s director stating lately that the club will listen to no offers for Kai Havertz until they are done with the current Europa League run.
Abramovich’s wealth has just witnessed a major soar and reports also disclosed that the Russian Billionaire has as well put in cash into the football club he runs in West London.

The 53-year-old reached an agreement with Fortiana Holdings Limited, a Cyprus-registered company of Vladislav Sviblov with interests in zinc and gold projects in Siberia, which had Abramovich sold 145,759,871 owned shares to them at £3.00 per share, totaling a whooping £437m.

More on Abramovich’s shares sell to Vladislav Sviblov by Reuters.
According to a report, Abramovich stocked in a £7m cash into Chelsea via a share issue yesterday, few hours after the sales.

Roman Abramovich has always brought out cash to push necessary deals especially when he loves the manager personally, and Frank Lampard seems to already have found favor in the eyes of the Russian as he considered to be one of the greatest Chelsea players of all-time and one of the greatest midfielders of his generation.

The Blues get set to lift Frank Lampard’s first trophy at Stamford Bridge’s managerial trophy should they triumph against Arsenal today in the FA Cup final.
