Some Manchester United supporters are convinced Eduardo Camavinga will sign for the club this summer after he 'liked' a post confirming Jadon Sancho's imminent transfer.

United have agreed a £72.9million deal to sign England international Sancho from Borussia Dortmund, having previously already agreed personal terms on a five-year contract.

The Manchester Evening News understand Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side have agreed to pay £72.9m (€85m) up front with no add-ons, despite Dortmund's attempts to negotiate a higher fee overall.

United hope Sancho will be the first of many new arrivals at Old Trafford this summer, but some fans are certain Rennes midfielder Camavinga will also be moving to Manchester.

In the wake of the Sancho news breaking on Wednesday night the French midfielder took to social media where he 'liked' a post confirming the transfer agreement.

That activity sent supporters into overdrive with many taking it as a hint Camavinga would like to join the right winger at United next season.

While supporters might dream of Camavinga joining them this summer MEN Sport understand the priority for Solskjaer is to add a new centre-back to his side.

Raphael Varane very much remains the dream addition in that regard, although there are understandable concerns over the wage demands which might be required to complete a deal.
